TCM-CNC column and boom manipulator polishing machine is 2 in 1 dual use multifunction full automatic polishing machine for steel metal tank body / tank shell,cylinders,heads,cones and dish head interior & exterior surface grinding buffing.This model is mainly for both vertical tank shell and dished head tank cap surface’s polishing grinding and buffing,equip with water cooling circulation system which could make reduce 95% dust pollution and keep stainless steel products with good performance after polishing.
TCM-CNC polishing machine is made up of metal beam,column,machine base(foot),control cabinet and turntable,also with Siemens CNC full automatic control system,More than 100 polishing programs could be set in our CNC polishing machine.Using impeller with different grinding mesh grit to meet the demand on polishing.At the same time,abrasive sanding belts are available for CNC polishing machine.It is widely applied to medical,chemical,environmental purification,food and beverage,as well as water filtration,etc.
